Dale Fage

Dale Fage (Dale Fage & Associates) has over 20 years of experience in training analysis, design, development, delivery, and evaluation; train the trainer; and facilitating change and performance improvement in the public, government and private sectors.

In the area of training design, development and delivery, Dale develops and conducts training and coaching interventions to provide knowledge or skills for immediate application to the job. He is an expert in the design and delivery of leadership and management training and at applying instructional systems design (ISD) methodology to develop and deliver detailed course design documentation (facilitator and participant manuals, instructional aids, and training implementation plans). His has worked with such organizations as the American Red Cross National Headquarters, Chitester Management Systems, Inc., Southern Independent Testing Agency, Inc., International Conference for the Former Yugoslavia, United States Army Jungle Operations Training Center, and the United States Army Infantry Center.

Dale has provided needs assessment, task analysis, and curricula design in support of leadership and management development programs in a wide variety of areas and has led focus groups to determine and assess training needs. He has developed training in support of national and state registration requirements for continuing education and has consulted with subject matter experts, developed facilitator manuals, and conducted intensive train-the-trainer workshops for internal trainers. Dale is licensed to deliver the Integrity Systems® Program curriculum, a series of four distinct training programs that focus on the The Customer®, Integrity Selling®, Integrity Coaching®, and Managing Goal Achievement®.

Dale designs and develops implementation strategies for project management offices covering all fields of business.  Included is the development of project management core competency models that include job functions, training development/training, curricula, process, implementation and integration within organizations.

Dale has designed and developed the revision of a comprehensive program to improve the management, leadership and coaching under a high stress and within a hostile environment.  The curricula contained descriptions of the courses, measurements, strategic compliance with other training, classroom and field exercises encompassing 19 days to support up to 750 personnel.  Participants came from five different audience levels.  He validated the program model for applicability through focus groups, interviews, other countries programs and participant completion of a competency rating form.

In the area of facilitation, Dale applies principles of process consultation to improve performance where clients are engaged in efforts to improve communication among the internal customer.  He has facilitated a series of leadership courses throughout the United States designed for the architect and engineer.  Subjects cover the areas of project management, ethics, coaching and risk.  His highly interactive presentations are accompanied by problem solving roundtable discussions.

Dale is a member of the Florida, Tampa Bay Chapter, Project Management Institute, Project Management Professional (PMP), Florida, Tampa Bay Chapter, American Society for Training and Development (ASTD), Florida, Sunshine Chapter, Association for Facility Engineers (AFE), in which he served as Vice President and Director for Training Development. Dale is a Certified Plant Engineer (CPE)

Dale has his Masters Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University, his Masters in Education Management from the University of North Florida, a Master’s degree in Operations & Planning from the US Army Command & General Staff College.
